Why We Built Vael

Hytale has been something a lot of us have waited years for.

Not just because of the game itself, but because of what people are going to build inside of it.

Small survival servers. Huge communities. Strange minigames. Custom worlds. Projects made by one person in their bedroom that somehow turn into something thousands of people care about.

That is the part we love.

Starting Something Should Be Easy

Starting a server can be intimidating.

Hosting costs money, setup can be confusing, and sometimes you just want to try an idea without committing to another monthly bill.

That is why we built Vael.

We wanted there to be a place where someone could have an idea for a Hytale server and actually try it.

No big community required. No experience running servers required. No need to know whether your idea is going to work before you even begin.

Just create something and see where it goes.

It Is About Giving People a Chance

For us, free Hytale hosting is not really about being free.

It is about giving more people the chance to build.

Maybe your server only ends up being a world for you and a few friends.

Maybe you spend weeks building something and decide to start over.

Maybe ten people join, then fifty, and suddenly you realize you have created an actual community.

That is how some of the best gaming memories start.

We want Vael to make that first step easier.
